Human Resource Generalist - Bilingual - Spanish/English
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid with occasional travel)

Job Overview:

The HR Generalist will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, supporting HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations. This is a high-impact role focused on aligning people practices with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Design and implement HR policies that reflect evolving workforce needs and industry best practices.

  • Align HR initiatives with long-term business objectives and cultural values.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning:

  • Support strategic talent acquisition efforts, from candidate pipelines to hiring manager partnerships.

  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to meet future talent demands.

Compensation & Job Architecture:

  • Conduct job analyses and market benchmarking to ensure fair and competitive compensation structures.

  • Maintain updated, role-specific job descriptions.

Succession Planning & Talent Development:

  • Facilitate talent reviews and leadership development pipelines to build internal bench strength.

  • Identify high-potential talent and create career pathing opportunities.

DEI & Culture Strategy:

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through meaningful initiatives and partnerships.

  • Foster an inclusive and positive workplace environment..

University Engagement & Employer Branding:

  • Build relationships with universities and manage internship programs to attract emerging talent.

  • Enhance the organization’s employer brand through strategic outreach.

Organizational Development & Change Management:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational design and adaptability.

  • Drive change management efforts to support scalability and performance.

Compliance, Training & Employee Relations:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies through training and documentation.

  • Resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness.

Employee Experience & Culture:

  • Plan employee engagement events and foster cross-functional collaboration.

  • Champion a vibrant, cohesive company culture.

Risk & Claims Management:

  • Oversee unemployment claims and regulatory compliance to minimize organizational risk.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 5+ years experience in HR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

  • Certifications: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP strongly preferred.

  • Systems: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR).

  • Expertise: Strong command of HR operations, performance management, DEI, and organizational strategy.
