As the Human Resource Director, you will drive the development and execution of HR policies, programs, and strategic initiatives that align with our clients mission and long-term goals. Based in our Fort Worth, TX headquarters, this role requires occasional travel to regional offices and recruiting events.
Lead HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies and best practices aligned with organizational objectives and evolving workforce needs.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Advise leadership on proactive recruiting strategies, talent pipelines, and workforce planning initiatives.
Job Design & Compensation Analysis: Create and update job descriptions and conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive, equitable pay structures.
Succession Planning: Drive talent review and succession planning processes to identify high-potential employees and support leadership development.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion DEI programs and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key HR metrics such as retention, turnover, and engagement to inform data-driven decisions.
University Partnerships & Internships: Cultivate relationships with targeted schools, manage internship programs, and promote employer branding efforts.
Organizational Design & Change Management: Lead initiatives to streamline org structures, roles, and processes for improved efficiency.
Compliance & Training: Promote policy compliance through effective coaching, training, and documentation.
Event & Culture Management: Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities to enhance company culture and team collaboration.
Risk & Claims Management: Manage unemployment insurance claims and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a management role within a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications: Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR) highly desirable.
Systems: Proficiency with Workday HRIS is required.
Expertise: Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
