Refrigeration Technician
Location: Greensboro, NC 

We are seeking skilled Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing team in the Carolinas. We focus on sustainability, community involvement, and career growth. We offer competitive pay, training, and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems and equipment (cooler display cases, walk-in boxes, ice machines, etc.).
  • Maintain commercial refrigeration controls and related systems.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Universal EPA certification.
  • At least 5 years of commercial HVAC Refrigeration experience. 
  • Experience with commercial refrigeration and equipment maintenance.
  • Rack refrigeration experience. 
  • Self-motivated and driven with strong communication skills.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay Range: $35.00-$45.00 (Depending on experience)
