Commercial HVAC Service Projects Installer
Location: Tacoma, WA
Pay:  $40.00–$50.00 an hour
Full-time with benefits and Weekly Pay

One of the largest commercial mechanical contractors in the Northwest. We specialize in HVAC Design/Build, Retrofit Installation, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Controls, and Service.

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Projects Installer for fast-paced, retrofit-focused commercial projects—not new construction.

What You’ll Do:

• Install a wide range of commercial HVAC systems:

  • Mini-split systems

  • Packaged rooftop units (RTUs)

  • Ducted split systems

  • Heat pumps (ducted/ductless)

• Retrofit existing systems with minimal disruption to active facilities

• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Ensure all work meets code and safety standards

• Collaborate with project managers, service techs, and trades on-site

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience (retrofits preferred)

• Proficiency in sheet metal ductwork fabrication and installation

• EPA Universal Certification (preferred)

• Electrical license or trainee card (preferred)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, use ladders, and power tools

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable under tight deadlines
