Skills / Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven commercial HVAC service sales experience (selling preventive maintenance agreements, service contracts, retrofit jobs, etc.).Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex service deals.Strong consultative-selling approach, with an ability to ask probing questions, identify client pain points, and craft solutions that deliver measurable ROI.Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
