    • Supervise, coach, and train warehouse associates on proper material handling, storage procedures, and identification methods.

    • Prioritize incoming and outgoing shipments to meet business needs and maintain workflow efficiency.

    • Review Material Test Reports (MTRs) and maintain traceability of critical materials.

    • Execute 5S and other workplace organization activities to maintain a clean, safe environment.

  • Safety & Compliance

    • Identify, report, and address all safety hazards within the warehouse.

    • Prepare and manage the annual warehouse budget—schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and recommend cost-control measures.

    • Monitor inventory valuation and turnover rates, identifying opportunities to improve working capital.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with procurement, quality, and logistics teams to streamline purchasing, receiving, and distribution processes.

  • Proven leadership skills: ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–15 employees.

  • Deep understanding of inventory management principles and control systems (e.g., cycle counts, ABC analysis).

  • Excellent written communication for preparing reports, correspondence, and performance metrics.

  • Competence in negotiating contract terms and interpreting complex regulations or policies related to warehousing and logistics.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Education & Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Working knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations.
