Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial HVAC & Plumbing
Cincinnati, OH | $100K–$125K base + Bonus | Vehicle Allowance + Full Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Oversee the planning and execution of HVAC and plumbing scopes on commercial and industrial projects
• Manage schedules, budgets, submittals, change orders, and material procurement
• Coordinate with in-house design, prefabrication, and field teams
• Communicate daily with subcontractors, GCs, and clients to ensure project success
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality, and compliance at all stages

The Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a commercial mechanical (MEP) contractor
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing systems, drawings, and specs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiar with scheduling tools and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
