Senior BIM/VDC Specialist – Electrical

Location: Remote but must live near Raleigh, NC

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to coordinate designs.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts with other trades.
• Assist in prefabrication planning and optimize field installation efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications.

• 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience in electrical or MEP construction.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD (required).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction coordination.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and submittals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
