What You Will Be Doing

The ideal candidate would be an experienced and professional Structural Superintendent that is able to supervise a team and collaborating across departments to meet production targets and quality standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Lead and guide workers in manufacturing structural components
  • Conduct inspections and foster a safety-first culture
  • Identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance productivity
  • Monitor and enforce quality control procedures and address deviations promptly
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and address issues impacting production
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare production performance reports, and other relevant metrics
  • Previous manufacturing supervisory experience, preferably in structural manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of structural manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Proven track record in managing operations, optimizing processes, and meeting targets
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in manufacturing
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
