What You Will Be Doing
The ideal candidate would be an experienced and professional Structural Superintendent that is able to supervise a team and collaborating across departments to meet production targets and quality standards.
The Ideal Candidate

Lead and guide workers in manufacturing structural components

Conduct inspections and foster a safety-first culture

Identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance productivity

Monitor and enforce quality control procedures and address deviations promptly

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and address issues impacting production

Maintain accurate records, prepare production performance reports, and other relevant metrics
-
Previous manufacturing supervisory experience, preferably in structural manufacturing
-
Strong knowledge of structural manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials.

Proven track record in managing operations, optimizing processes, and meeting targets
-
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in manufacturing
-
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
