What You Will Be Doing
The ideal candidate would be a skilled Structural Foreman that is able to drive efficiency, safety, and quality.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Lead and guide a team of workers in the fabrication of structural components, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards.
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and cultivate a safety-first culture to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance productivity while maintaining optimal quality standards.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and promptly address any deviations to ensure consistent quality output.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with relevant documentation.
  • Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in structural fabrication.
  • Proficient understanding of structural manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective team coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
