Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft Suite tools effectively for project documentation, communication, and tracking progress.
• Lead and motivate self-performing crews to deliver exceptional results within project deadlines.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, to ensure profitability.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and troubleshoot issues to maintain project momentum and minimize disruptions.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry, with a focus on mechanical contracting.
• Proven experience managing projects ranging from $15 to $20 million in scope.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Suite, with the ability to leverage technology for efficient project management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with mechanical, piping, and plumbing systems in commercial construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
