Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with Mechanical Contractor experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial construction project management, particularly in the mechanical sector. This individual will oversee projects ranging from $5-10 million, ensuring successful completion within budget and schedule constraints.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full life cycle of mechanical contractor projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with self-performing crews, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Lead and mentor project teams, including self-performing crews, to achieve project goals and objectives.

Utilize Procore and Microsoft Suite software to track project progress, manage documents, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction.

Proven experience managing mechanical contract projects ranging from $5-10 million.

Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Suite software.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Experience leading self-performing crews is highly desirable.
