What You’ll Do:

• Lead 3-D Modeling Efforts: Utilize Revit to create detailed models of piping, structural, architectural, and electrical components, bringing complex industrial projects from concept to reality.
• Enhance BIM Libraries: Maintain, update, and expand their BIM libraries, including customizing Revit families to meet specific project needs and ensuring compliance with the latest industry codes and standards.
• Develop Revit Templates: Craft and refine Revit templates, incorporating shared and global parameters to streamline design processes.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with their project management and construction management teams, contributing to design discussions and providing updates to ensure seamless execution.
• Clash Detection and Model Management: Conduct thorough clash detection analyses and manage model exports, ensuring integrity and accuracy in their collaborative design environment.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Revit Modeler: With 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Revit modeling, you have a deep understanding of the nuances of industrial design.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Word and Excel, you leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in your work.
• Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Certification: A professional certification in Revit design is preferred but not mandatory. What matters most is your expertise and commitment to excellence.
