Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator with a robust background in commercial electrical projects. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in accurately bidding and winning projects, particularly in sectors like healthcare, semi-conductor, and data centers, contributing significantly to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive electrical bid proposals, ensuring competitive and accurate estimations.
• Engage in detailed analysis of construction documents to prepare cost, labor, and material estimates.
• Leverage estimating software like AccuBid, McCormack, or Timberline for enhanced precision.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure bid accuracy and competitiveness.
• Stay abreast of electrical estimating trends and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Accredited electrical apprenticeship program completion.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical estimating within the commercial sector.
• Demonstrated proficiency in major estimating software (AccuBid, McCormack, Timberline).
• Strong skills in analysis, organization, and multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
