Are you an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in mechanical and plumbing systems? Look no further! Our client is a premier MEP contracting firm based in Utah, and is widely recognized as one of the top MEP contractors in the United States.

Job Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of the trade, including industry best practices, codes, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and subcontractors.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and innovative solutions.
• Oversee all aspects of mechanical and plumbing projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Extensive knowledge of the trade, including industry best practices, codes, and regulations.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the plumbing, and mechanical systems for commercial and industrial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
