Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) into our construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge initiatives in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in BIM models.
• Provide BIM training and support to project teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or related field (nice to have)
• Proven experience in BIM coordination within the construction industry.
• Proficient in BIM software (Revit MEP, Navisworks, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
