TIG Welder

Join Edwards Electrical & Mechanical, a Top Work Place in Indianapolis with over 50 years of excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to contribute to our dynamic team. As a TIG Welder at our construction company, you can expect the following responsibilities on a daily basis:

Job Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble structural metal products based on job orders, verbal instructions, and blueprints.
• Develop layouts and plan the sequence of operations, applying expertise in trigonometry, stock allowances, shrinkage, and physical properties of metal.
• Operate fabricating machines, including brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, and drill presses.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant welding experience.
• TIG Welding certification or equivalent certification.

We are a VET FRIENDLY employer and offer a full-time position with a salary range of $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. The workweek typically runs from Monday to Friday, with regular hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime may be required based on demand, though the current schedule is set at 40 hours per week.
