Title: Workday HRIS Analyst - Remote Opportunity
Contract to Hire: 3-6 Months approximate duration
100% Remote


Overview:

Join our clients dynamic team as a Workday HRIS Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping our HR systems. This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment, interfacing with multiple departments and impacting our HR projects and services. Your expertise will contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our HRIS Workday system and other HR tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the HRIS Workday system and other HR tools, ensuring data quality and system efficiency.
  • Resolve system issues, provide system support, and engage in troubleshooting activities.
  • Conduct HRIS configuration, integrations, reporting, and manage security protocols.
  • Deliver quality assurance for system updates, enhancements, and fixes.
  • Handle Level 2 HR application tickets and offer user training and enablement for HR tools.
  • Perform system audits, comply with regulatory requirements, and execute data uploads and audits.
  • Manage regression testing for Workday updates and maintain system documentation.
  • Create and refine HR reports, both scheduled and ad-hoc.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to guarantee data integrity.
  • Participate in additional projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in HRIS or a similar field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
  • Expertise in HR reporting, with strong skills in creating reports using HR systems and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on processes and results.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Proven ability to make sound judgments.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a strong drive and enthusiasm.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Commitment to maintaining strict data confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • This is a 100% remote role.
