Position: Estimator - Industrial Mechanical Market

Location: Indianapolis 

Join Our Client: A leader in delivering industrial solutions, The Client specializes in Heavy Industrial Customers for Design Build and Plan Spec construction projects. We're seeking an experienced Estimator to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate industrial mechanical projects, including process/utility piping, skids, modules, and boiler systems.
• Collaborate with teams, manage risks, and utilize estimating software for project evaluations.
• Engage with Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations teams for efficient estimate compilation.
• Participate in Bid Review meetings and ensure estimates are competitive and profitable.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Estimating or Project Management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in business development and capital project planning.
• Familiarity with HVAC operations/maintenance is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Fast Pipe software.
