About US:

Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer/Designer to join our team. As an experienced BIM Engineer/Designer in the field of Construction, you will play a crucial role in our team, bringing your expertise to drive the success of our projects. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be a key contributor to the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM models for construction projects.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Revit MEP to create detailed and accurate models.
• Perform clash detection and resolution to ensure seamless coordination between different building systems.
• Generate construction documents, drawings, and specifications from BIM models.
• Conduct regular model reviews to identify and address potential issues, ensuring project quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for construction projects.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and systems.
• HVAC, Piping, Plumbing or Duct Work experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Skills:

• BIM Software: Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with General contractors, architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM into project workflows.
• Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy and precision in BIM models and construction documentation.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve clashes and issues in the BIM model proactively.
