Construction Administrator / Project Coordinator
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of construction administration, accounting, and compliance experience, along with proficiency in office administration processes for construction projects from project initiation to closeout.
What You Will Be Doing

Oversee various aspects of construction administration, including purchase orders, invoice entry, and subcontractor and supplier pay applications.

Manage tier vendor payment lien waivers and releases to ensure compliance.

Handle subcontractor and supplier management tasks, including W-9, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and AIA document preparation and submission.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of certified payrolls.

Demonstrate fluency in the Microsoft Office suite.
The Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 3 years in the construction industry.

Proven experience with purchase orders, invoice entry, and subcontractor and supplier pay applications.

Familiarity with managing tier vendor payment lien waivers and releases.

Proficient in subcontractor and supplier management, including W-9 and COI processes.

Experience in AIA document preparation and submission.

Knowledge of certified payroll procedures.

Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Other Essential Functions

Experience with Viewpoint or Timberline software is highly desirable.
