RESPONSIBILITIES
PLC Programming and Configuration:

Expertise in Rockwell PLC programming, particularly in PAx object versions 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0.

Configuration and optimization of PLC logic, HMIs, and control components for maximum efficiency.
System Integration:

Collaborate on integrating PLC systems with other automation technologies, sensors, and equipment.

Ensure seamless communication between different control systems for an integrated environmental management solution.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Stay abreast of new technologies, contributing to departmental offerings and revenue streams.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation.

Conduct regular maintenance activities to prevent system failures.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate documentation for PLC programs, configurations, and system architecture.

Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate system understanding and operation.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Strong experience in Rockwell PLC programming, PAx object versions 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0, and FTView.

Familiarity with HMI design and configuration.

Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:

SCADA systems experience.
