Responsibilities: As the Director of FP&A, you'll collaborate closely with the VP of Accounting to implement strategic financial plans. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the FP&A function to provide crucial insights for enhanced financial performance.
• Developing and overseeing financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
• Managing and analyzing the financial impact of significant business initiatives.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate level degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proven financial planning and analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, including experience handling inventories of $30M+.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
