Their commitment to excellence has made them a leader in the industry.  We are seeking a skilled HVAC Designer to join their team in Windsor, Wisconsin. As a member of their Service department's small projects team, you will play a crucial role in designing and preparing construction documents for HVAC systems. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the small projects team within the Service department to design innovative HVAC systems that meet project requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documents for HVAC systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Offer expert HVAC technical support to the Service Sales team to assist in customer consultations and project proposals.
  • Provide troubleshooting and design expertise for Service Technicians, contributing to efficient problem-solving and optimal system performance.
  • Work closely with the Senior Engineer to focus on HVAC retrofits, replacement equipment, and remodels, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Possess 5+ years of experience in HVAC system design, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices and standards.
  • Proficiency in using Trane Trace software to model and analyze HVAC systems, ensuring their efficiency and functionality.
  • Strong experience with Revit, utilizing the software to create detailed and accurate HVAC designs.
  • Ability to interpret various building design documents, including 3D models, 2D plans, specifications, RFPs, and BODs, to inform your design decisions.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, consistently delivering precise and reliable work.
  • Comfortable working with the latest version of Windows on the PC platform and Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.
