Responsibilities:

Join us as the Electrical General Manager, overseeing a dynamic team of Senior Project Managers, Estimators, and the Virtual Construction unit. Your strategic leadership will drive project excellence, client relationships, and departmental growth.

Ideal Candidate:

Lead the Electrical Department with strategic oversight.
Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Cultivate enduring client relationships for high satisfaction.
Provide inspirational leadership and necessary resources.
Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.
Monitor project budgets, proactively addressing issues.
Develop and execute growth strategies for departmental expansion.
Collaborate cross-functionally for optimized project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, driving innovation and technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the electrical industry.
Strong technical knowledge in commercial and industrial electrical projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
Flexibility to travel to project sites for successful execution.
