Job Description

Our client is looking for a Commercial Account Executive focusing on HVAC and Plumbing.

Department: Commercial Construction

Reports to: President

What will you do:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, by becoming an advocate for their buildings.

Identify, negotiate, and sell mechanical and plumbing projects.

Use your creativity to prospect, identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

Partner with the estimating and operations department and outside partners to verify alignment with customer expectations.

What we are looking for:

Be an excellent listener with an ability to always find a solution, have great verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, work independently and maintain strong organizational skills.

Be able to read and interpret different types of construction documents.

Apply solution and consultant-based sales techniques.

Someone who has the same core values as we do: work safely, act honestly, be respectful, embrace innovation, and be collaborative.

Education and Experience Required:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred or like degree.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Mechanical/Plumbing sales or;

A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical/Plumbing project manager or;

A minimum of 5 years’ combo of both.
