Compensation beginning at $70,000.00 salaried annually.

What You Will Be Doing  

Come build with one of America’s most innovative and largest steel erectors. As an Estimator you are responsible for deciding a projected time frame needed to complete a project, as well as other project factors, such as labor, material, budgets, and setbacks. expect to oversee some of the most innovative projects around. Whether it is a sports arena, large corporate campus, or hospital. This client’s portfolio consistently makes news.  

The Ideal Candidate  

• Has 5-years’ experience in an Estimator role. 

• Has a complete understanding of fabrication and erection standards and processes. 

• Has a bachelor’s degree in construction management, structural/civil engineering or business administration is highly preferred. 

Other Essential Functions  

• Able to examine project proposals and scope to determine time periods, possible financial restrictions, best method of execution, and allocation of resources. 

• Able to create labor estimates and proactively communicate unforeseen circumstances to senior leadership. 

• Able to identify opportunities to streamline processes and maximize project profitability.  

• Able to manage bids from vendors and contractors.  

• Able to maintain proper documentation regarding all things project related. 

• Able to use bid data to prepare detailed cost analysis. 

• Able to present prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders
