About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams. This role will play a critical part in gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders on application needs
• Partner with business users and software development teams to identify needs and create user stories
• Provide input on opportunities to improve internal processes through technology
• Document requirements for front-end and back-end applications and internal web dashboards
• Work within an Agile project environment
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency in day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

• Mid-to-senior level business analyst experience, gathering requirements and working with business users and development teams
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Preferred:

• Exposure to Claude or other AI tools
• Bachelor’s degree
