About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to serve as a key driver of project delivery across our client's application and infrastructure initiatives. This role will play a critical part in leading Agile ceremonies, managing concurrent projects, and driving continuous process improvement within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and IT teams on concurrent projects ranging from mid-size to large
• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, leading ceremonies and other Scrum activities
• Occasionally lead projects using a Waterfall methodology when better suited to the work
• Support projects spanning application development, infrastructure, and other business initiatives
• Work through processes, procedures, and governance principles
• Evaluate projects and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 3-15 years of experience in Scrum Master and/or project management work, with formal Scrum experience required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience working within a regulated environment, including related policies and procedures

Preferred:

• Scrum Master and/or PMP certification
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Exposure to a PMO
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size
• Experience with both application and infrastructure projects
