About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Systems Analyst to serve as the primary technical owner of our client's HRIS platform. This role will play a critical part in managing system configuration and governance, overseeing integrations, and driving platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and administer Workday, Greenhouse, and other HR systems
• Translate business requirements into system configurations, enhancements, and scalable solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system capabilities, and drive enhancements
• Maintain system performance, data integrity, and overall user experience
• Identify and manage risks associated with system changes, implementations, and upgrades
• Own testing, validation, and release readiness for system changes
• Develop and maintain documentation, including configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures
• Create and deliver end-user training
• Manage vendor relationships to support issue resolution and ongoing platform improvements

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday as an HRIS, including employee life cycle management and platform ownership
• Experience with system administration and configuration, integrations, security, and access controls
• Knowledge of project delivery and IT service management frameworks
• Strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with HR and HRIS stakeholders
• Ability to partner closely with HR and HRIS teams to gather and document requirements

Preferred:

• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, or the medical industry
