Job Description

This role is ideal for a hands-on, action-oriented professional who can balance structure and flexibility within a government environment. You’ll manage and support IT initiatives across infrastructure, SaaS, and licensed software platforms—driving progress while ensuring compliance with agency processes. Your role:

• Lead or support IT projects spanning infrastructure, SaaS implementations, and pre-built licensed software (no custom development).
• Coordinate project activities—scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and documenting decisions and action items.
• Generate reports and monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks or delays.
• Facilitate communication between vendors, project managers, and internal teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with project timelines and government procurement processes.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes across the team.

What you’ve got:

• Experience managing or supporting IT projects, ideally within a government agency or similarly structured organization.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS, and licensed software systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with a professional approach to challenging situations.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
