We are seeking a highly experienced Domain Leader to drive sales and thought leadership, customer engagement, and go-to-market strategy within one of our largest and most strategic industry verticals. This role serves as the trusted industry expert for both internal teams and external customers, ensuring that our solutions align with market trends, regulatory drivers, and customer business outcomes.
You will be a sales leader in the organization and partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to shape strategy, define value propositions, and launch into new markets. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that combines deep industry knowledge with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders.
Your role:
- Industry Expertise
- Act as the “go-to” authority for trends, challenges, and opportunities within your vertical (e.g., BFSI, Manufacturing, Customer Engagement/Call Centers).
- Translate market insights into actionable input for product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
- Customer Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Lead conversations on best practices, emerging trends, and innovative use of technology.
- Develop and present case studies and thought-leadership materials.
- Go-to-Market Leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to build industry-specific campaigns.
- Drive positioning and messaging tailored to the vertical.
- Partner with field teams to identify opportunities and accelerate adoption.
- Growth & Expansion
- Support new market launches and customer expansion within your domain.
- Define and articulate clear ROI and value propositions.
- Leverage predictive analytics and next-best-action insights to improve customer retention and engagement.
What you’ve got:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in a relevant industry (Banking/Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Customer Engagement).
- Proven expertise in customer-facing roles, with the ability to engage senior executives.
- Strong track record of shaping strategy, launching new initiatives, and driving measurable business impact.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS software solutions.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to articulate complex concepts simply and persuasively.
