Job Description

This primarily remote role requires a Senior Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience managing complex technology initiatives, including large enterprise software implementations. The ideal candidate is a certified Scrum Master who brings deep expertise in Agile/Scrum, experience with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira, and a strong record of leading teams and structuring work to deliver results. Candidates should have a background in ERP and CRM systems and be skilled in managing vendor relationships, coordinating technical teams, and integrating compliance requirements into project execution.

Your role:

• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex enterprise software projects on time, within scope and budget
• Guide and support a team of project managers on workstreams such as data conversion, system integration, infrastructure, and legacy system retirement
• Oversee Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices to improve team maturity and delivery
• Track epics, user stories, bugs, and releases using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and security teams to align on system integrations and compliance
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure contract terms and performance expectations are met
• Map and manage technical dependencies related to cloud services, security, and infrastructure
• Create and maintain project documents including charters, schedules, RACI charts, and lessons-learned reviews
• Ensure that risk management, security practices, and policy requirements are factored into every stage of project delivery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support change management and adoption of new technology

What you’ve got:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of project management experience, with 3+ years using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience managing major enterprise software deployments, particularly with ERP and CRM systems
• Skilled in building and organizing teams to deliver complex technical work
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other project management tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working with external vendors and aligning deliverables with SLAs
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST and FedRAMP
• PMP or SAFe certification preferred
• Experience in public sector or other regulated environments preferred
