Job Title: .NET Developer (Junior-Mid Level)
Location: MUST BE LOCAL TO PHOENIX, AZ  - Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented .NET Developer for a minimum one-year contract. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience developing and maintaining .NET applications, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that support public services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support existing .NET applications by handling support tickets during the first 3–6 months to become familiar with the systems and address key issues.

  • Patch legacy applications and respond to bugs as needed.

• Assist with application migration to AWS and contribute to rearchitecting efforts post-migration.

• Participate in project-based work following the initial 6-month period.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in .NET development.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Solid communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS.

• Familiarity with government or public sector environments.

• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
