Job Description

Your role:

• Develop detailed test plans and strategies to ensure comprehensive testing of software functionality.
• Design, build, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate user stories and application features.
• Identify, document, and manage software defects, working with the team to ensure resolution prior to release.
• Prepare relevant test data to simulate different user scenarios and validate system behavior.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain quality standards.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, stand-ups, product demos, and sprint retrospectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing with end-users to ensure software meets business needs.

What you’ve got:

• At least five years of experience in both manual and automated software testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of QA tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile or SCRUM development practices.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and test automation tools like Telerik Test Studio or Tricentis Tosca.
• Knowledge of local water or flood irrigation systems is a plus.
