Your role:
- Develop and oversee operational processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support company division goals.
- Coordinate project logistics to ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams.
- Manage team schedules, track project progress, and identify risks that could impact timelines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support smooth business operations.
- Partner with team members and departments to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
What you’ve got:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- At least two years of experience in operations, project support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills to track goals, monitor activities, and ensure timely project completion.
- Ability to assess operational inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
