Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Remote

Rate: 40-50k + Commission

About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Recruiter to play a key role in identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent. You’ll recruit candidates for high-priority openings, build targeted shortlists, and develop match top IT Talent to current openings. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch recruiting environment and enjoys connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in intake calls to understand the technical and cultural needs of each role.
  • Identify, assess, and engage potential candidates through passive outreach, networking, and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with sales and management to strategize on hiring needs.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean searches, and our ATS to source top talent.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for high-demand technical skill sets.
  • Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds and cultural fit.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial contact to interview confirmation & prep, to offer stage.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and talent market dynamics to refine sourcing strategies.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for talking to people on the phone.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and passive candidate outreach.
  • Interest in IT and a willingness to learn technical concepts.
  • Ability to balance multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset—someone who sees challenges as opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain composed and solution-focused in dynamic or challenging situations; quickly learn and pivot as needed to meet evolving priorities.
  • A tendency towards action – even when we don’t have all the answers.
  • Team-oriented with a great attitude and a willingness to support teammates.
  • Prior customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
