Your Role:
- Support projects that focus on data quality, cataloging, lineage, and governance, while contributing to broader initiatives like data transformation, stewardship, cleansing, and landscaping.
- Utilize tools such as SQL, Collibra, Snowflake, and reporting platforms like Tableau and Power BI to manage, analyze, and transform data.
- Collaborate with business teams and data professionals to identify and solve problems, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of metrics, decision-making support, and actionable solutions based on data analysis.
- Play an active role in improving the organization’s data cataloging efforts, ensuring clear documentation and accessible data assets.
- Communicate data insights and project updates effectively to stakeholders.
- Learn and apply best practices in data management and governance to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Manage your workload with strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring on-time delivery of quality results.
What You Bring:
- A passion for data and an eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data services.
- 1+ year of experience in a data-related role (internships or professional experience).
- Familiarity or experience in data cataloging, lineage, management, governance, analysis, transformation, or cleansing.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency with tools such as SQL, Collibra, Snowflake, Dataiku, or reporting platforms like Tableau and Power BI (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a curiosity to explore and uncover insights in data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
