Title: VP of Sales
Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid Remote)
We’re looking for someone to serve as both an IC and Vice President of Sales for a small healthcare SaaS company. This person will help lead strategic growth initiatives, focused on the provider side of the healthcare industry and customer service solutions. This pivotal role involves a mix of sales strategy, team leadership, and hands-on client acquisition. The VP will build and guide the sales team, drive critical account management, and develop both long-term growth plans and immediate sales goals. The position is based in Burlington, MA, with a hybrid work environment.
The person must reside in the Boston area.
Your role:
- Hands-on individual contributor as a healthcare provider salesperson.
- Sales Team Development: Establish and manage a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture centered on achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Direct Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies that fuel rapid growth, while personally managing high-value accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate both short- and long-term growth strategies to secure immediate wins and sustainable revenue increases.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Oversight: Deliver precise sales forecasts and continually refine the sales pipeline for reliability and success.
- Innovation and Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced team productivity.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients to foster long-term success and advocacy.
What you’ve got:
- Deep SaaS sales experience. Healthcare provider sales experience and knowledge of digital engagement and process automation solutions in healthcare.
- 10+ years of experience of leadership in enterprise SaaS sales, with proven success in surpassing sales goals.
- Strong foundation in AI-driven solutions and digital transformation technology is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in building and mentoring sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Exceptional skills in communication, organization, and relationship management.
- U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship.
- Must live in the Boston area.
