Title: Software Implementation Training Lead
Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid/Remote)
Type: Contract to Hire
As a Training Lead, you'll oversee the training processes, develop educational materials such as guides, curricula, online videos, and instructional content. You will deliver both remote and in-person training to clients, ensuring they gain the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use our solutions. Collaborating closely with clients, you'll assess their training needs and create detailed plans focused on both enabling usage and fostering adoption.
Your role:
- Conduct client discussions to identify their training needs and goals.
- Design tailored training plans that address the unique requirements of each client.
- Produce educational resources including guides, curricula, online videos, and instructional materials.
- Facilitate remote and in-person training sessions for clients to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
- Work with internal teams to stay informed about product features and updates for incorporation into training materials.
- Regularly evaluate and enhance training processes and materials based on feedback and changing client needs.
- Partner with clients to ensure successful implementation of our solutions through effective training initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after training to reinforce learning and address any questions or concerns.
What you’ve got:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, training, business, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in training and development, ideally within the software sector.
- Strong familiarity with training methods and principles of adult learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage effectively with clients and build strong relationships.
- Experience in creating educational materials like guides, curricula, and online videos.
- Proficiency with training development tools and learning management systems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with clients in the SaaS sector.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and best practices for e-learning.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CTDP).
- Experience delivering virtual training using web conferencing tools.
- Background in Organizational Change Management using recognized frameworks like Prosci ADKAR.
