Title: Digital eComm Product Manager II
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (4 days/week in office)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic, growing product team. In this role, you will act as a customer and employee advocate, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Your mission is to define and prioritize features that deliver a best-in-class experience for customers, customer-facing employees, and all who engage with our client’s brand.

You will own the strategic value, usability, and performance of one or more technology platforms, such as the company app, CRM, CDP, Loyalty, Restaurant Technology, and Customer Engagement Platforms, as well as their integration across systems.

As a Product Manager, you will serve as a team leader, problem solver, mentor, and subject matter expert on relevant systems. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a newly growing product team.


Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in QSR, Retail, or Technology industries (required)
  • Experience with digital products (preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management using Agile/Scrum methodology (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Expertise in product management and development life cycles
  • Knowledge of product strategy development and roadmapping tools
  • Experience with market research techniques and tools
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience with consumer-facing mobile application development (preferred)
  • Familiarity with customer engagement platforms (Loyalty, CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Messaging, Online Ordering) (preferred)
  • Experience with UI/UX design tools such as G-Suite, JIRA, Mural, Monday.com (preferred)
  • Experience overseeing product releases for in-house and SaaS solutions (preferred)
  • Product management certifications (preferred)

 


Responsibilities:

Enhance Customer Experience and Support Employee Satisfaction

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, technology, and other stakeholders to align product priorities with organizational goals.
  • Lead the definition of product vision, goals, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize feedback to shape product requirements and features.
  • Manage expectations by maintaining strong partnerships with marketing, operations, and technical teams.
  • Ensure that product decisions, deliverables, and timelines are communicated proactively.
  • Work closely with development teams to guide and support the product development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet user requirements and align with product vision.
  • Partner with UX designers to ensure products deliver intuitive, user-friendly experiences for both employees and digital customers.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting market research and competitive analysis, proposing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of multiple software platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

 


Lead Product Roadmap Delivery and Execution

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and prioritize the product backlog, working with senior product teams, stakeholders, and development squads.
  • Plan and coordinate product releases, including new products, feature rollouts, bug fixes, and system enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans, training materials, and release notes for product updates and new features.
  • Partner with development and QA teams to define test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, and gather feedback to refine product features.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the effectiveness and adoption of product solutions.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and inform future enhancements.
  • Lead team ceremonies such as standups, iteration planning, product demos, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for managed systems, including roadmaps, service level agreements, knowledge base articles, and more.

 


Cultivate a Culture of Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with the product team to drive the development of technical competencies.
  • Mentor junior team members on strategy, analysis, and execution tasks.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the product team’s framework and operating model.
  • Participate in learning activities related to modern agile design and development practices.
  • Continuously assess progress, share lessons learned, and foster a fail-safe environment for all teams.
