Job Title: Customer Success Project Manager

Overview: Our data management client is seeking a highly motivated and intuitive Customer Success Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple software implementation projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth client interactions, effective project planning, and successful execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Project Planning & Execution: Review Statements of Work (SOW), gather necessary resources, and ensure all tasks are assigned and tracked within the project plan.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Monitor project progress closely, identify when tasks or timelines are at risk, and take immediate corrective actions to bring the project back on track, ensuring successful delivery.
- Software Implementation: Oversee software implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client requirements while managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to deliver successful outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a team of Project Managers (junior-senior level).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in project management, particularly in handling client interactions and managing diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of high-level tasks and the ability to ensure their successful execution.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Experience overseeing software implementation projects.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote environment.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data management or utilities industries is a plus.
