Job Description

Title: Technical Support
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Type: Short-Term contract

You will be part of an inbound call center technical support team providing first level support. You will primarily be serving the public, providing guidance and troubleshooting regarding publicly accesses online portals and applications, while maintaining accurate records of all calls and correspondence within prescribed service levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating user network and application profiles for internal user.

What you’ve got:

  • One year of experience in assisting customers in the resolution of their technical problems within a call center environment
  • High school diploma
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to resolving customer problems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening; and effective verbal and written skills
  • Demonstrated PC proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and follow documented procedures
