You will be part of an inbound call center technical support team providing first level support. You will primarily be serving the public, providing guidance and troubleshooting regarding publicly accesses online portals and applications, while maintaining accurate records of all calls and correspondence within prescribed service levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating user network and application profiles for internal user.
