We are hiring a motivated and driven individual to join our team at Phoenix Staff as a Business Development Representative. We are looking for a go-getter who's passionate about relationship building, excited to learn and expand their skills, and isn't afraid to tackle tasks head-on.
As a BDR, you will be tasked with conducting market research, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead-generation efforts. If people characterize you as a good listener, helpful, empathetic, selfless, and fantastic at follow-up chances are we should know each other.
What youve got:
- No more than 2-3 years of sales experience. Industry experience is not a requirement.
- A great sense of humor.
- A desire to pick up the phone to talk and/or listen to voicemails.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Willingness to admit what you dont know and ask lots of questions.
- Ability to make an impact without relying on mass marketing or bots to generate leads and connections.
- Integrity and a magnetic personality. People come to you for help because youre always there for them, but also because they like to be around you.
- The ability to sell. It doesnt matter what you have experience selling we need someone who can get signatures on dotted lines.
