Job Description
Title: Sr. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Your role:
- Quickly build an understanding of the client's business, situation, and desired outcome(s)
- Coach the client on OCM best practices, lessons learned and trends, while designing a tailored OCM solution that delivers value to the client and meets the clients needs and expectations
- Conducts change characteristic assessments, organizational attributes, and gap analysis to assess size and scope of change effort
- Develops change impact assessment, business readiness, and change strategy
- Conducts stakeholder and leadership assessment, engagement, and alignment
- Develops communication strategy, plan, and prepared communications
- Develops training strategy and plan
- Conducts behavioral change adoption strategy, plan, and content
- Utilizes change adoption measures and measurement program
- Ensures OCM deliverables are completed to a high level of quality, on schedule, and within budget
- Monitor, control, and report OCM progress and risks to program leadership in accordance with the project framework
- Engage in collaborative and constructive dialogue to evaluate progress against program objectives
- Maintain effective and trusting working relationships to facilitate program success and expansion
- Collaborate/partner with sponsors, project leadership, and other key stakeholder groups such as Human Resources and Corporate Communications, to develop/maintain plans and create collective readiness
- Apply change architectures, models, and frameworks used to successfully design and implement complex change
- Manages OCM work plan generation and implementation
- Generates OCM status reports and communications
What youve got:
- A bachelors degree
- 5+ years of program and change management experience in a corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical you must be able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in cross-functional and complex teams
- Ability to balance multiple time-bound projects while maintaining keen attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible, demonstrate critical thinking, and work effectively in fluid, complex environments
- Experience initiating and driving the ideation process contributing meaningful, innovative approaches to the business
- Tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently and with a large variety of personalities at all levels of business
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Certification or familiarity with Prosci or another OCM methodology
