Job Description

Our client is seeking a contract Project Implementation Manager to bring together their website with eCommerce, the new CRM, and the new ERP which includes all finance except payroll. You will be responsible for requirements gathering and driving the systems migration project. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, very organized, highly reliable, and capable of working independently. It is anticipated this project will last at least 4-6 months.

Your role:

• Own end-to-end management of the software implementation/integration project
• Gather detailed requirements from the business and verify accuracy
• Communicate requirements to the 3rd party technical team for delivery
• Implement dashboards for inventory and pipeline management, accounting and banking systems, customer information, and forecasting
• Relay messages to the internal team regarding project plan development, status, and change
• Create workflow and training documentation

• 5+ years of project management experience
• System integration experience, specifically HubSpot, is required
• Experience in process improvement from inventory management to order fulfillment
• Proven success driving projects including scope, time, cost, and quality of delivery
• Ability to develop training documentation that can be understood by non-technical users
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is ideal
• Experience with Shopistry, HubSpot, and/or Odoo is a plus
