Job Description

Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, AZ; Currently remote with monthly office visits

As a Project Coordinator, you will be a primary liaison between IT and multiple business units. Under limited supervision, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems in order to assist with the identification, evaluation, and implementation of systems. You will be conducting research and analysis to devise strategies for coordination of information needed for business and service requests. This position is currently remote but will require office visits at least once a month.

Your role:

  • Work with the project management team to gather requirements, dependencies, and system flows.
  • Utilize your great written and verbal communication skills as well as your organizational abilities.
  • Coordinate engagement with different departments for analysis.
  • Gather critical information from intake meetings to initiate projects, identify proper resources to be assigned, and gather important details related to project success.
  • Assist Project Managers with large-scale plans, designs, and/or project scope changes.
  • Be responsible for the development of both business and technical requirements that represent the best possible solution for a particular business problem.
  • Act as the interpreter between business and technical resources regarding business requirements and system capabilities.
  • Become familiar with and utilize SaaS solutions as well as commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products.

What you’ve got:

  • 4 – 6 years of professional work experience.
  • Experience with and understanding of Salesforce and Google Suite are highly preferred.
  • Must understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
  • Ability to handle complex business problems as well as gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • A positive attitude, strong desire to learn, and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations.
  • Ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Project management and development experience is a plus.
