Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track shipments from initiation to completion, maintaining accurate system records.
• Book carriers and arrange shipment pickups and deliveries.
• Support cargo claims through documentation, customer communication, and issue resolution.
• Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
