Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Process Management professional to drive process optimization, operational performance, risk management, and strategic initiatives across Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance operations.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows and end-to-end business processes, along with experience leading process improvement initiatives, developing business cases, managing projects, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end business processes, including strategy, process design, performance management, controls, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives designed to improve operational performance and enhance business and customer outcomes.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to define requirements, establish priorities, resolve issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop business cases, requirements, implementation plans, and benefits realization frameworks to support strategic initiatives.
• Establish and monitor process performance using data, analytics, KPIs, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate operational, regulatory, compliance, and delivery risks.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business process management, process engineering, process optimization, program/project management, consulting, operational excellence, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of P&C Insurance operations, workflows, and business processes.
• Experience developing business cases, requirements, implementation plans, and benefits realization frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree required; four additional years of relevant education and/or experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with process mapping, process improvement, and risk/control identification and assessment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience managing risks, controls, regulatory requirements, and governance processes.
