Job Description

Our client is seeking two Experience Researchers with strong expertise in qualitative consumer research to lead and conduct research that informs experiences across channels.

  • Use methodologies such as collage exercises, participatory interviews, and priming activities to uncover deeper consumer insights.
  • Translate research findings into meaningful insights that can inform experience strategy and design.
  • Apply a strong understanding of consumer behavior and qualitative research methodologies.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in consumer research, experience research, or qualitative research.
  • Background conducting research within CPG, retail, healthcare, or similar consumer-focused industries.
  • Strong research rigor, facilitation, synthesis, and insight storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to explore what consumers need and why, beyond evaluating how they use an existing product or experience.
